If your enquiry does not lead to a contractual relationship, we keep your data for a maximum of one year from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
If we end up working together, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the applicable statutory limitation periods: 6 years under Spanish commercial law and 4 years under Spanish tax law.

We do not carry out international transfers of personal data. The site typefaces, stylesheets and images are served from our own hosting, located within the European Union, so browsing this site does not involve any communication of data to providers outside the EEA.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and withdraw any consent given.
To do so, write to info@neaprojects.es or to the postal address above, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your request has not been dealt with properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 — 28001 Madrid; www.aepd.es).
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission via an SSL certificate. We do not make automated decisions and we do not carry out profiling.
By providing us with data you warrant that it is accurate and that, where it relates to a third party, you have their permission to pass it on to us.
